Programming + Space Planning

Whether you already know what you want or need some guidance in figuring out what you need, we can help get your project started. After determining what your programming needs to be for your new space or renovating the space you’re already in, we will get to work on your space plans. These are computer-generated plans to give a general idea of what your layout needs to be to ensure your space is as functional as possible before we dive into the details of your build-out.

Construction Documents

After we have finalized your plan, we will then begin to develop the documents that you will need in order to obtain a permit for construction and guide your contractor. These plans could consist of demolition, floor, electrical, and ceiling plans. Depending on the project, we would also create finish plans and elevations + details sheet. If needed, our team can submit your plans to the codes department located within the county of your project.

Design Development + Finish Selections

Our team of interior designers are here to help make your space beautiful. As design professionals, we have access to endless samples and resources to help guide our selections and visualize the bigger picture. We have one of the largest physical sample libraries in town, so we hold finish meetings regularly with clients at our office, especially at the beginning of the project to determine the design direction for your new space.

Renderings

Need help visualizing your project? Our team has the ability to create 3D renderings of what your new space will look like, how your new furniture fits in your existing space, or even just what a new paint color can do to freshen up a room. The possibilities are endless when it comes to what 3D programs can do. We also outsource our renderings for projects with tighter timeframes. Reach out to a member of our team if you would like to see examples of renderings from previous jobs. Please note this is an additional service.

Furniture Procurement + Relocation

Whether you are relocating the furniture you already own or looking to purchase new, we have the resources to help. If you are purchasing new, there are multiple commercial furniture dealers in town that we work with regularly who can help guide your project’s needs, budget and timeline. If you are relocating existing, our team members will work with you to catalogue what you own and create a plan to help coordinate with your movers for a smoother, easier moving process.

Construction Administration

Once your project has been received by the codes department, we move into the construction administration phase. This includes (but is not limited to) construction site visits, discipline submittals, weekly construction calls, and any changes made by the plans reviewer, tenant, landlord or site conflicts. We are here to help with anything that might come up along the way and see that your project makes it across the finish line!
